By placing an order with Baks International Studios Online Cigars Shop, you affirm that you are 21 years old or older. 

Your order fulfillment depends on the availability of our products. We cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock due to the sporadic and limited shipments we receive from manufacturers. Despite this, we are committed to trying to fulfill all orders to the best of our ability. 

We aim to provide all customers with the chance to enjoy our products. Therefore, in certain circumstances, we may limit the quantity of products you can purchase based on their availability. Some products are already restricted in quantity per order. You agree not to attempt to bypass these limitations in any way. 

Baks International Studios reserves the right to refuse any order without providing a reason. Your order will only be considered binding upon our acceptance of it. 

Purchases from this website can be made using a valid credit card. We use FedEx and the Aramex logistics and transportation solutions for shipping, and items must be shipped to an address where someone is available to sign and receive the delivery. 

All sales and transactions are subject solely to state law. Any legal claims related to your transactions must be filed and resolved within the courts of South Africa. 

By placing an order, you accept all of the terms and conditions outlined above. 

Regarding Sales Tax 

Items sold by Baks International Studios, that are shipped to locations in South Africa (including territories) may be subject to state and local sales taxes. General Excise Tax will show up at checkout as a sales tax. 

Sales Tax Calculation 

The tax applied to your order depends on various factors: 

• The type of item or service bought. 

• The destination of your order. 

These factors might change between the time of your order and the final shipment, meaning the tax calculated may also change. We show an "Estimated Tax" cost at checkout; this may be updated when your order is finalized. 

Note: While gift cards aren't taxed, items purchased with gift cards may be taxed. 

Items sold and shipped by Baks International Studios to certain countries may be subject to tax.
